VED Marine Services Private Limited was formed in June 2011 inspired by the promoter’s vision to acquire and charter shipping vessel, offshore support & supply vessels. Drawing on the years of experience on various shipping vessels and in-depth understanding of the merchant shipping trade, the promoter has identified a need gap and realizing that he is uniquely positioned to acquire shipping vessel & offshore support vessels and to expand into various sector of International Shipping, Commodity Trade & Offshore Shipping Segments.

VED is driven by the boundless energy of its promoter and their core teams of veteran domain experts who have come together with a sole objective of making this company a dynamic services provider in shipping industry. VED envisages acquiring fleet of well maintained and highly sought after vessels and rent them to large shipping & offshore chartering companies all over the world.

VED is totally governed and run by the Administrative and Managerial ideas of his promoter.
